In 1992/1993, the first commissions were issued to Roy La Salvia (formerly Hörrmann) as a Real Estate Appraiser from courts, authorities and banks as well as private individuals. Since then, the office's Real Estate Appraisers have undergone continuous training and increasing specialisation.

By consistently aligning the office with the needs of its clients, it became necessary to bring several specialised Real Estate Appraisers together under one roof. Today, this allows us to offer an individual solution for the diverse range of concerns of our clients.
