Zwangsverwaltung Hörrmann

In 1994, Roy La Salvia (formerly Hörrmann) was first appointed as a receiver. Since then, external and internal training has driven the steadily increasing professionalisation of more than 2,200 receivership and sequestration proceedings handled on behalf of district courts in Saxony-Anhalt and Saxony.

Since 2011, Mr. Sören Kliche has also been active as an Receiver. Mr. Roy La Salvia is a member of the Bundesverband Zwangsverwaltung IGZ e.V. (German Federal Association for Receivership).

In addition, we are available to courts as service representative pursuant to § 6 ZVG, special representative pursuant to § 779 II ZPO, court-appointed representative for ownerless properties pursuant to § 787 I ZPO, and as absentee curator pursuant to § 1911 BGB.
